Founded in June 2020 on a grass field, BOLDT Athletics has grown into a powerhouse for strength and sports performance development, proudly serving local athletes. Whether you’re striving to improve your fitness for daily living or excel in your sport, we offer the ideal environment for growth.Our training approach enhances lives and embodies our core values: Train with Intention, Authenticity, Community, Resilience, and Lifestyle.

What do Our Workouts Look Like?
Warm up
Each session begins with a 5-10 minute dynamic warm-up designed to increase blood flow, and prepare the body for physical activity.
Prime (Injury Prevention)
We focus on enhancing balance, awakening neuromuscular activation, incorporating functional range conditioning, improving hand-eye coordination, and building foundational movements for speed.
Strength Training
Our main portion of the workout is designed to build endurance, strength, and power, tailored to the fitness level of the individual or group.
Accessory Lifts + Finisher
We complete the remaining portion of the session with accessory lifts that complement primary strength movements, targeting smaller muscle groups to enhance performance and work on weaknesses, adding more volume and benefit to lifting.

Is BOLDT Athletics a CrossFit gym?
No. Our programs are developed entirely in-house, focused on performance improvement and injury prevention—not a franchise model.
What does a typical session look like?
Every session includes a dynamic warm-up, an injury prevention block, main strength training (squats, deadlifts, bench press, and more), and accessory work to support long-term progress.
What training formats do you offer?
Private, semi-private, team, and group training—plus a Young Athlete Clinic. There's a format for every goal and schedule.
